Bills are on top and work out about £130-40 pcm per person including council tax / water / gas / electric, TV & internet and some communal sundries like loo roll and washing bits. Deposit is one month's rent and first months' rent will be due on your moving-in date. The landlord & lady live locally, are wonderful and are very on it with sorting out issues; we have British Gas insurance to cover us on call-outs for any breakdowns with the white goods.

Within five minutes walk of two District line stations, and well served with bus routes including the 94 route into Central London (24hrs) at the top of the road - Shepherd's Bush and the Central Line are about 10 minutes away. All the amenities of Chiswick High Road and Turnham Green Terrace are a short walk and there is a gym just around the corner!

I’m sadly relocating for work but the two current housemates are super nice and you’ll get along well! Tim and James are both in their thirties; Tim works in creative production for broadcast media, and James is a professional tennis coach. They’re musical, enjoy the arts, sports and socialising. They’re looking to share with another 30-something professional (ideally female for balance) who is clean & tidy and respectful of each other's space, but also enjoys sharing the odd bottle of wine / movie binge / cookery sesh!
