A gorgeous en-suite double bedroom is available in a two-bed flat in gated development in the heart of Chiswick.

The location 📍
The flat is located just off Devonshire Road and Chiswick High Road, and is a 5 min walk to Turnham Green Station (District Line 🟢 and also Piccadilly Line 🔵 at night/ early morning). As well as lots of charming cafes, pubs, and independent shops, there are a selection of supermarkets within walking distance including M&S, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco Express. On Sunday’s there is a local market just minutes from the flat that alternates between flowers, antiques and cheese. The flat is also close to multiple parks and the Thames path is only a 15 min walk away.

The double bedroom benefits from a private en-suite shower room, a walk-in closet and air-conditioning. The king sized bed is included and my previous flatmate is willing to include the remaining furniture upon negotiation.

There is also a bright and airy open-planned kitchen and living space, with a Juliette balcony. The kitchen includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a flat screen TV in the living area.

About me
I am a PhD student at Imperial’s Hammersmith Campus working on cancer research. I am originally from Ireland and I have lived here for over two years now. My lovely flatmate is sadly moving back to her and I am looking for a friendly postgrad student or young professional to replace her. I work at a lab most days but on weekends I love to go to Pilates, brunch, explore London and go on the occasional night out.
