Beautiful spacious double room in a bright 2 bed

My flatmate is moving out of our beautiful sunny flat in Chiswick to out of London so I’m looking for a new friendly flatmate to take over her double room from mid/end July on a long term basis :))

The area:
We are located in a residential area of beautiful Chiswick - it’s like a haven in west London, full of greenery and parks and it’s super safe and peaceful!
It also has fantastic transport links - 10 mins to Gunnersbury (district line and overground), 10 mins to Chiswick station (regular trains to Clapham junction/ Vauxhall / Waterloo), 15 mins to Chiswick Park (district line). + brilliant bus links too!
There’s also Chiswick high street 15 mins away with plenty of shops and restaurants as well as budgens and other corners shops literally 1 minute away from the flat!

The flat: This is a 2 bed flat so you’d just be sharing with me! We have a shared bright living room / dining room, a beautiful newly refurbished bathroom with a bath/shower and a large kitchen (with a dishwasher!!! And washing machine + other normal appliances) this flat is on the top floor and it’s honestly a beautiful space, cozy but spacious for 2 people and gets SO much light! :))

A bit about me: I’m Anqi, 24 - I’ve lived in London for the past few years and I’m working full time as a government consultant in Vauxhall (I also wfh around 3 days a week) 🫶 I’m a homebody, super easy going and friendly, love hot girl walks and a nice beer garden but I also have my own social circles, value my own space and I’m an avid cleaner! I’m happy to socialise but also don’t mind if you’d rather keep to yourself :))

Ideal flatmate: I’d love someone who is as chill as I am but also friendly! You’d have to be clean and mature enough to tidy up after yourself though that’s one of my only requirements! 🥰

Boring bits: £1200 pcm ALL bills included to be paid before the 26th of each month. Plus I require a £1054 deposit so I can give that back to my flatmate when she leaves!
