Spacious, top-floor, unfurnished double room in a friendly home on a leafy street. Room is £660 per month, plus bills of £165. Deposit is £850. Our current housemate moves out in 4-6 weeks although the move-in date is slightly flexible. 10 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to both Chiswick and Hammersmith High Streets. Property is located on the first and second floor of a period Chiswick home. The area is safe and well-connected. We have a cat but you will not have any responsibility to care for him.

A beautiful 3-bedroom Victorian house with a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room. The bedroom is located on the second floor, Bathroom is shared with one guy. The room is unfurnished

The bedroom is light and bright, with wooden floors and original fireplace (not in use).

You will be sharing with two friendly professionals, Aussie Justine - works in banking, and Will in the arts and performance , . We're looking for easy-going, sociable people who are clean and tidy. Lease is 12 months with 6 month break clause.
