You would share the entire house with just one or two others (myself full-time, the other just occasionally). There is a guest bedroom/home office on the top floor for visiting friends and family. The house is beautifully renovated with details such as a handmade walnut kitchen and designer lighting. The shared open plan sitting room is huge and has two 3-seater sofas, two ottomans and a chic mid century armchair. Perfect for chilling or entertaining (the pictures show a previous occupant's furniture, new pics coming soon). The dining table easily seats 10-12 and doubles up as great spot to work from home. The house is part of a unique, gated community with off-street parking, a communal garden and bike storage. Perfect if you have a nice car or bike(s). As the main occupant, I am looking for a friendly and respectful professional housemate. You can bring furniture if you have it but the available room will have a brand new upholstered king size bed and mattress, with more furnishings available as required.
