Double Room available on Chiswick High Road

Hi everyone!

We’re Alice & Beth and we’re looking for a new housemate to join our flat in Chiswick. We’re looking for a mature professional who loves a flat dinner every now and then, but also appreciates a calm home. Ideally willing to sign on for a more long term basis as we will be renewing for our second year in the flat from April.

I’m Beth (24) and work in sport sponsorship. I work from home a few times a week, love dinner, drinks, the gym, pilates. Love to have a natter in the kitchen at the end of the work day but also love my own space/respectful of others.

I’m Alice (26) originally from Switzerland, and I work in marketing. Currently marathon training so go to the gym and run a lot. I’m quite a morning person, including at weekends, and I really value a relaxed, tidy living environment. But not opposed to joining Beth on the 10th rewatch of heated rivalry every now and again :)

We’re not keen partygoers so would appreciate someone similar who is respectful and considerate of others in their own lifestyles.

We enjoy spending time together but also respectful of own space and routines. Looking for someone to be a friend as well as a flatmate.

The flat is 4 mins walk to Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury stations on the District Line. A big Sainsbury’s and Virgin Active is close by. And on the Chiswick High Road doorstep (perfect for a mooch on a Saturday)!

The flat will be available at the end of March/early April. Rent is £930 per month plus bills (around £150 altogether). The room is furnished with a bed, double wardrobe, bedside table, drawers, desk and chair. The flat is a home so important to be clean and tidy! We have a good relationship with our landlord and always sorts any issues asap.
