Leaving behind my cosy double room in a large & welcoming flat in Chiswick, as I'm moving to Bristol.

£910 p/m excluding bills (bills come to approx £125 p/m on top)

Ideal move-in date 1st April (but a couple of weeks flex)

5 mins walk from Stamford Brook station (District Line)

The room:
- Furnished with bed base, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Mattress available to purchase if wanted
- Desk and chair not included

The flat:
Very spacious and bright, often eliciting oohs and ahhh from visitors (actually not a joke! this has happened multiple times)
- Large living room
- Big kitchen
- Two bathrooms (one en suite in larger room, and one in hallway shared bathroom between just two rooms)
- Spacious entrance hallway (bike storage)
- Pretty recently refurbed- and we've been hot on the landlord with fixes.

Location:
- 5 mins walk from Stamford Brook station or 8 mins from Turnham Green
- Ravenscourt Park 10 mins by foot - lots of green around, and you can hear the birds chirping as you put your keys in the door :)

Housemates:
My flatmates are great - Dom is a Civil Servant, splitting his working week between the office & home; Mark is an VFX Editor in Film and works from home. These guys both love movies, games, music, history, politics, culture - you name it.

Dom & Mark are two very responsible, respectful, kind people and they'll expect the same treatment in return. Also, as everyone is in their 30's it's less of a party house, more of a chill house, but friends are often round and there's a lot of laughter and fun to be had.

Good to know:
The room is close to the railway line, so you’ll hear trains occasionally, defo more noticeable with the window open in summer. Most people get used to it quickly.

Also the internet is not fibre optic, but good enough for streaming on multiple devices simultaneously.

Deposit:
You'll need to pay a deposit of £1115.33 when moving in (listed as £1000 as SpareRoom is not allowing actual number).

Availability
Ideally from 1st April, but some flexibility (1–2 weeks overlap possible).
Viewings happening over the next TWO WEEKS as we're planning to lock it in a month in advance of the swap.
