🌿 Looking for a New Flatmate – Friendly 2-Bed Flat 🌿

My current flatmate is sadly moving away for work, so I’m looking for someone new to share this lovely flat with!

🏡 About the Flat

• Partially furnished flat
• Bedroom includes a double bed and wardrobe
• Living room furnished with sofa and dining table + chairs
(Coffee table and TV/stand belong to my current flatmate and will be leaving with them)
• 2 bedrooms total
• Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
• 5–10 minute walk to nearby tube stations
• Building includes a communal pool
• Heating included in rent
• We would both be named on the tenancy agreement

Bills: usually come to around £150 per month

• Water, council tax, and WiFi are fixed monthly rates
• Electricity paid separately each month based on usage

About Me:

🌸 Work shift patterns in the media industry (mix of early and late shifts)
🌸 Sociable and enjoy going out with friends, but equally love quiet days at home
🌸 Recently got into yoga and slightly obsessed 🧘‍♀️
🌸 Clean, considerate and easy going

About You:

I’m looking for a flatmate who is:

• Clean, respectful, and easy to live with
• Ideally not working from home full-time (occasional WFH is absolutely fine)
• Social and open to being friendly flatmates rather than just sharing space
• It would be great if we shared some interests, but the most important thing is a good vibe

If you enjoy the occasional movie night, trash TV, or wine evening — while also respecting the need for personal space — you’d probably be a great fit!
