Large 2 bed apartment over 3/4 floors in Chiswick

A large 2 bedroom apartment over 3/4 levels with a kitchen/living room and another good size spare room currently being used as an art/music room/gym… there’s also lots of storage on the ground floor with a dedicated store room and utility area / boot room / cycle storage with washing machine and separate dryer.

On the first floor is a kitchen diner with a large sofa, a second room (mentioned above) and a bathroom with bath and separate shower plus a second separate toilet.

Up again is my double room and then up a few more steps is the free room - the largest bedroom with a double bed and loads of storage.

The apartment is basically furnished, beds and drawers/wardrobes in the bedrooms, and a lovely big sofa and dining table in the kitchen, plus a microwave, air frier and the usual kitchen “stuff”.

The spare room is minimally furnished, but there’s a wardrobe in there and a blow up double bed in case of occasional guests.

I’m a musician in a west end show, and work evenings and weekend daytime, so if you work 9-5 you’ll probably find you have the place to yourself a lot of the time; I usually get home around 11pm when I’m working, but I’m very quiet so you shouldn’t find you’re disturbed.

The rent is £1275 each a month plus bills, (council tax is around £300 p/m between us - Band D) there is also superfast broadband in the apartment.

My flatmate has decided to move on, but I’m in the process of trying to buy a place and really want to stay on for at least a few months, so this may suit someone looking for a shorter or more flexible term; that said the land lady is great and if you wanted to stay on after I go i really don’t think that would be a problem. She’s aware of the situation and is very supportive.

If a couple were interested it would be £800 each plus bills (i would pay £950 plus a third of bills)

It’s not cheap. but I love it there and really don’t want to move.
