You will be sharing a fantastic kitchen/dinner . There is a large bathroom and a large walk-in shower room with all facilities.
The other tenants are all professionals and keep the communal areas clean and tidy so seeking similar new person with same values. They are all very friendly, but enjoy their own space as well. As the tenant leaving is male, the tenants are keen to replace him with another.
The property is minutes away from the river, shops and transport. The rent includes all bills, super fast broadband plus a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
