This is a bright (not overlooked) double room, with generous wardrobe, in a period conversion flat, in Chiswick.

The room is part furnished with a double bed, and fitted double wardrobe and
The room itself has nothing overlooking it and gets great light, and you'll benefit from the sunrise in the morning.
This would be for single occupancy and not a couple.


The shared space is a modern, decently sized Kitchen (attached to the living room) fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker and luxe marble worktops. A bright living room with comfy sofa and a minimal style modern bathroom with step in powerful shower and separate bath, (shared).

Underfloor heating is available throughout the flat.

Area: if you have ever passed through Chiswick, you'll know that its leafy and pretty, and really well connected to Heathrow Airport, which is ideal for anyone who travels frequently. I have had a journey of less than 30 mins to / from Heathrow (by taxi) on more than one occasion.
We're on the high road side of Chiswick rather than the river side. The local station is Gunnersbury, (7 min walk) which has both the Overground with trains direct to Stratford and the District Line which gets you to Hammersmith within 15 mins.

There isn't space for a bike to be kept indoors unfortunately, so would have be comfortable locking it up on the drive of the property.
You would be sharing with two other housemates a male and female in mid 30s who work in Media and commercial security.
The ideal person to join us would be sociable and tidy, considerate and friendly..
Non smoking (if you do smoke it would have to be outside flat only).
Typically as Londoners we're in and out all the time but would be great to have a someone join us who is up for living in a nice bright flat.

The flat is available on a 12 months contract with a 3 month break clause. The deposit would be 870 one month rent/bills and to the standard checks and references . It is a Private Landlord

The room is available from now.
The bed was new with the exiting tenant, who only stayed a few days a week.
