This is a double bedroom in a two-bed flat, available now.

The flat is in Hartington Court, a gated art deco block of flats right on the River Thames, which is our back garden with picnic tables!

The room is available for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.

It’s a really nice, and quiet neighbourhood, living with the current tenant Sean (A journalist, originally from Belfast and living in London 15 years.)

I'm very friendly, easygoing and enjoy a good chat and building a rapport with the people I live with.

I love listening to music and watching films, (We have Netflix, Prime, Disney etc) but always up for a drink or a London adventure!

I'll also duck into my bedroom quite a lot for work or writing projects.

The room will particularly suit anyone who wants to spend a summer by the river in Chiswick, but still have easy access to central London, Kew and Richmond and beautiful surroundings and walks. Kew Gardens and Duke’s Meadow and within walking distance, for example)

I’m more of a night person, going to bed between midnight and 2am, and I do a bit of gaming one or two nights a week. I also work from my bedroom/office 2/3 days a week, so will often be on the phone or in meetings.

Rent is £900 per month and the bills come to approx. £180 per month including:

Water
Sky TV and broadband (rolling contract)
Gas and electricity
Council tax
TV License is an additional £20 per quarter.

Location:

Chiswick railway station is at the bottom of the road (5-minute walk) and the overground gets you to Vauxhall or Waterloo in approx. 25-30 minutes.

The 190 bus (10-minute walk) takes you over Chiswick Bridge to Richmond.

The E3 and 272 buses (5-minute walk) take you directly to Chiswick High Road and Turnham Green.

Local shops including Co-Op and a café are 5 minutes away.
If you’re a driver we have resident parking and also a bike shed and a communal garden with picnic tables right on the River Thames.
