We are renting a big double room in a lovely flat based in Chiswick.

Theflat is located 1 min walk from Chiswick House park, 3 min walk from the Thames path and less than 10 min walk from Chiswick Rail Station, with very convenient bus routes to either Hammersmith, Turnham Green Richmond and Greenford.

It is a very big room, that is luminous and spacious, ideally for one single person.

The room is furnished with a double bed, massive wardrobe, chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables. It also has wooden flooring

There is a lovely spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom.

You will share with two Italians guys.

Both are professionals within the TV and Medical industry and both are in their 30s.

We are looking for a nice, friendly professional person.

The rent is:

-700pm

without bills (around 90£ pm depends on the period)

We are looking for someone to move asap but this date can be flexible.

There will be a regular contract via the agency.
