This is a small block of 6 flats with all having 3 bedrooms. Three of the flats in the block are rented to young professionals.

The location is quiet but the area is well serviced by shops, pubs, transport and sporting facilities (golf, rugby, rowing, tennis and 2 health clubs).

The flat is decorated and furnished to a high standard with wooden floors, slate kitchen work surfaces and smart lighting throughout.

The new tenant will share with one other tenant a modern bathroom with a bathtub with overhead shower plus good storage space.

The main tenant is a busy female working from home until next week. Her room has an ensuite bathroom plus her own work station. She has been here for almost 4 years and loves the area and the flat. She is artistic, tidy, very easy going and enjoys cooking and having a chat.
The other tenant is moving in next weekend and is a 29 yr old Spanish girl and working locally in Chiswick Business Park.

The living room is spacious with a large L-shape leather sofa, bookshelves, dining table and a large TV. All of the bills are looked after by the tenants and amount to about £110 per month each.

The garden (for all the tenants) is hardly used but has a big charcoal bbq, large teak table and chairs for up to 8 people and gets the afternoon sun.

The location is good too: shops, sports facilities, plus the river Thames with great pubs, all within easy walking distance. There is plenty of on street parking but it is restricted between 10-12 to permit holders. CPZ permits cost about 22p per day. The building is a 3 minute walk to the Chiswick station with SW trains east to Waterloo and west to Hounslow or Weybridge. Plus it is ideally situated between the M3 and M4 for car drivers.
