Unfortunately, 1 of our flatmates is leaving this lovely house only because of the opportunity to purchase their own, so we're looking for 1 Male flatmate to replace them and keep the balance of the house.

We're a group of 6 professional housemates (3 male 3 female) who have all become friends. We like to be social (go for a drink/ out/meals together), but are also respectful of each other's space. e're and are looking for someone similar.

The room available is moderately sized, comfortable double room In excellent condition. It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe. There is a shared living room which we all like to use, large kitchen/dining room, three bathrooms and a lovely garden.

You won't find a better room for this price in Chiswick. 4-min walk from Chiswick Park station (District Line) so perfect for commuters.

There's on-street parking directly outside the house for those with a car, all you need to do is get a permit (which doesn't take very long and not too expensive).

£660 rent includes ALL utility bills, including council tax (band G), weekly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon and other useful house things.
