Hi all,

Sadly I have to say goodbye to my lovely flatmates and beaut of a room as I'm moving in with my partner.

The room will be available the weekend of 31st May for long term let and is just a short walk from Chiswick Park (District, 2mins) South Acton (Overground, 5mins) and Turnham Green (District/Picadilly, 7mins). It sits opposite Acton Green common and is also a very short walk to Chiswick High Street and a big Sainsburys (5mins).

This south-facing double room gets lots of light and has beautiful period features including a fireplace and original wood floor boards. There is a big built in wardrobe and shelving unit, so plenty of place to keep belongings without taking up space.

You'll be sharing the flat with 3 other flatmates (2 boys, 1 girl) who are professionals in Film and Television and Museum Archive and Restoration. We often socialise, but are also often busy so you'll have plenty time to yourself should you wish. Please note, we are not a party flat, but don't mind having guests around!

There is a big communal kitchen with dishwasher and also a little balcony. At the front of the flat, there is a large communal living room and dining area also with balcony. And last but not least, we have one spacious bathroom including bathtub/shower and one side loo as well.

Rent is £693.50 p/m not including bills.

Your bills will roughly cost per month:

-Internet: £4.75 p/m each
-Water: £10.88 p/m each
-Energy: £40-£50 p/m each
-Council Tax: £55.50 p/m each (Band F)

-Deposit: £750

Car parking is available on Cunnington St, through Ealing council.

We're looking for an individual who is clean and tidy, enjoys the company of others, but also enjoys their own company too.
