I am leaving London to move back home so I am looking for a woman to replace me! I have been living in this flat for the past 3 years. Timing would be mid-March.

Several tube lines & buses around the corner. Waitrose, M&S, 24/7 Tesco just around the corner too!
The bedroom:
Very spacious, with a lovely bathroom (with heated floor!).
The flat:
3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms so everyone has their own space. We have a concierge 24/7 so super practical:)
You’ll be living with two lovely girls, a Portugese & a British - both working remotely (except for one day).
The rent is a good deal because there’s a remaining scaffolding on my bedroom window, but shall be removed soon.
Bills not included: around £200/month
This is a peaceful flat, they look for someone clean and mature but also keen for a chat, a drink etc occasionally!
