Double bedroom in a 2 bed flat- Connaught Village

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to rent the 2nd bedroom of my flat, ideally for a 1-6 months period but there’s some flexibility. I would be the roommate and I’m a woman so ideally I would only be looking for another girl/woman to rent the room. This is perfect for a student coming for a few months, or a professional relocating and needing to stay for a few months till she finds her new permanent place. The room has a good closet with loads of hanging space and I’ll add a desk if needed!

The area is called Connaught village in Bayswater, it’s a really cute little pocket.
25 min walk to Imperial, 26 min to Regent’s, about 35 min to UCL- 5 min to Marble Arch tube & 13 min to Bond St tube.

The kitchen is equipped, there are nice pots pans plates glasses etc. There’s a good dishwasher, good size fridge and freezer and washing/dryer machine- I have bedding and towels, if you have your own also not a problem.

The building is kept immaculate and it is secured, there are a couple of nice private gardens (this is also in front of The Hyde park) there is car parking for visitors. All the bills are included with the rent I’m marketing, I’m pretty easy going and tidy, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to have call!
