Hi all, my best friend and I have recently moved into a new flat and we have a furnished double room available.

✅ Location: The flat is based in a beautiful residential area just few minutes walk to Notting Hill, 25 minutes walk to Hyde Park, 6 minutes away from the District line. Plus lots of great bus connections and lots of other amazing places within walking distance.
✅ Furnishing: The room is with a built in wardrobe, another small wardrobe and a double bed.
✅ Rent per month: £880 + bills around 70-100 (council tax + electricity & gas + water + biweekly cleaner)
✅ Available from: ASAP
✅ Housemate: Looking for a 25-30 year old female who likes a chill, calm and clean place to call home!
✅ About us: We are two 27 y/o girlies working full-time in finance and education. We utilise most of our free time by being excellent couch potatoes and reading, other times you’ll find us at Waterstones. We also have a 2 year old Taby called Cosmo, you’ll either never find him or if you do he’ll probably be snoring. If you somehow hear him, that’s just for food✨
