ABOUT US:
We are a very respectful couple, we're looking for a new flat mate to share the flat with us! Lola works as a buying manager for a large fashion chain and I work in technology.

We enjoy tasty food, new cultures, exercise, reading, and whatever Netflix has to offer!

THE ROOM
Our junior room is now available to rent, it has: a Super King bed which has pneumatic assists with lots of storage underneath, fantastic views of the London skyline, electrically controlled black out blinds, big inbuilt wardrobes and side table, Sonos surround sound controlled via the App and more. This room is well appointed and compact.

LOCATION / TRANSPORT:
Easy and quick tube access - Lancaster Gate, Bayswater, Queensway or Paddington tubes - all just a short walk away. Moments from Hyde Park.

PRIVATE GARDEN
The building has its own managed private garden for the exclusive use of residents.

CARETAKER
The building has its own live in caretaker. He ensures the building stays looking great. He'll also take parcels for when you're out.
