Our housemate is moving in to her own place so we have a lovely, large double room available in a 1st floor maisonette in the quiet, leafy area of Clapham South. Minutes walk from Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Northcote Road.

The Room: A large double room with 2 built in wardrobe and feature fireplace. It is available part furnished - a double bed , and a bedside table. The flat has 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor. You would have sole use of one of them.

The Flat: A large, bright, first floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette, really well finished by the landlord and well looked after by the tenants. We have our own front door, and there is room in the hallway for a bike if needed. Upstairs there's a large, bright kitchen with a small dining area, with washing machine, tumble drier, fridge-freezer etc. The living room is really large and light. We have 2 sofas (which are unbelievably comfortable) and a 6-seater dining table. There's plenty of additional storage too - with storage space in the shelving units and in the bay window seat. Currently, we also have access to the garden downstairs -which has been a real bonus this past year!

The Housemates: 2 English Professional Girls, both in our thirties (34 and 38). We think we are really lovely and friendly! The house has a really calm atmosphere, and is a great place to relax after a long day of work. Theres space to work from home in the living room if you need to.

Other information: The room is available from 1st June. Rent is exclusive of bills, they come to around £130/month (Gas, electricity, Council Tax, Broadband, and cleaner).
