Spacious room in social flat (Clapham South)!

Hey all!

We have a huge room available in our large six bedroom house in Clapham South. The location is great, the tube stop is just 5 mins walk, we're right next to Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common is only a 5 minute walk. Clapham and Northcote Road are a stones throw as well so ideal for bars and restaurants now we're allowed to go again! And there's plenty of supermarkets/locals in the vicinity.

The house itself is great - we have a big kitchen, a good sized living room, a huge conservatory (with a fold up table tennis table in it - also used for exercise classes, house meals and occasional parties), a big garden and a little utility room with a washing machine and dryer as well.

The room available is a really good size - it comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe included. The rent is £580 pcm (not including bills - but still super cheap for what is it!). Bills are approx £80 a month and the deposit is £820. The lease runs until 3rd of August 2022.

You would be joining a really friendly and sociable household, made up of three girls (Kim, Leah, and Charli) and three guys (Dom, James and Danny) all between 25-28 (including one couple). We all have 9-5ish jobs, enjoy having bbq’s and watching Netflix together and getting to the pub when we can, but also respect each others quiet time.
