There are two gay guys living in the property, and we are looking for a gay guy/gay couple to rent this room.

Fantastically located double room in a gay flat share. It's a minute's walk from Clapham Junction station, with easy links to any destination in London. Fast trains to London Victoria (5 min), London Waterloo (7 min), Croydon (12 min) and Gatwick Airport (35 min). Very good bus services: 170, C3, 295, 39, 344, 345, 49, 77, 87, 35, 37, 337, G1, 319, 156, 44, etc.

Walking distance to shops: ASDA, LIDL, Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, TKMAXX, and lots of high street shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars around Northcote Road and Clapham Common nearby.

The flat is fully furnished and kept clean, with a weekly cleaning rota in place.

This flat is on the 1st floor. The room has two wardrobes, double bed with a new mattress, computer desk and an armchair.

This is a two-bedroom flat converted into three bedrooms. There is no living room in the flat.
