THE FLAT
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our lovely, modern apartment. The flat is 1400sqft across 2 floors with 2 balconies and a communal garden, perfect for summer BBQ’s! The flat is a new build, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms so you only have to share your bathroom with 1 other person. We have a full sky Q package, BT sport, Amazon, Netflix. Disney in the communal lounge and a cleaner that comes weekly and does our beds!

The room is furnished with a double bed with storage, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, a desk. It is a cosy double.

LOCATION
The flat is located in a young, safe, lively neighbourhood on lavender hill, halfway between Battersea Park and Clapham Common. It’s close to Northcote Road, which is full of good bars, restaurants, and shops.
It also has good transport links; bus stop outside house; Clapham junction 10 mins walk, Clapham Common tube 15 min walk. Central London 20 mins cab.

FLAT MATES
Katie – 36 years old, works in Financial Recruitment. She supports Arsenal and can cook a decent Sunday Roast and enjoys socialising. Mainly works in the office.
Hannah – 26 years old, likes to explore London, likes a festival, bottomless brunch, and works in Recruitment. Mainly works in office.
Dominique – 27 years old, works in HR at Soho house, sociable loves going out. 5 days week office
Leo – our cute little black cat- 5 days a week sleeping in the flat!

We’re an easy going, tidy household. Dom is single, Hannah and Katie are a couple. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy a Sunday roast or BBQ with us, who is sociable but is equally independent and happy doing their own thing. We have a very relaxed vibe in the house and all are busy at the weekends with our own lives.

*Room cost is £940 plus £150 for bills. (incl all bills and weekly cleaner)
*Room available- 28th July however we can be a little flexible here.
Katie is technically a live in landlord but doesn't really act like that.
