A modern and clean 3 bedroom flat located between Clapham South and Balham. Super easy to get into central, 5 min to Clapham South station, 10 min to Balham station, and 10 min walk to Clapham Common.

A double bedroom has become available as one of our flatmates is leaving for Dublin. It’s a lovely cosy double room with built-in wardrobe space and an IKEA drawer. There is also a storage cupboard in the hallway that’s all yours!

The room is available by 27th May and the deposit must be paid beforehand. Rent is £780 + bills which are £100-£115 depending on the season.

It has a modern well-equipped kitchen and living room with a dining table and a TV. It’s in a block of flats so super quiet and friendly neighbours which is amazing.

You’d be living with me and Rubie. We both work a 9-5 in the city and usually only wfh 1-2 days a week. We would prefer someone working hybrid or fully in the office.


We’d ideally be looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and who gets involved. We enjoy staying at home chatting over a glass of wine, going to the pub, and trying to get into running. Being clean and respectful is a must. Essentially looking for someone to become a friend rather than just a housemate.
