Spacious Double Room in Clapham - Couples Welcome

Hi everyone!🌻

We are Ilaria and Milena and we are looking for someone, preferably a couple, that would like to rent this spacious double bedroom in April.

BILLS:
The room is available at £1600+ bills (water, electricity, gas, TV license, and council tax should be less than £100, we have just moved in, so we need to check).

LOCATION:
The house is in Clapham Junction - literally 5 minutes away from the station (Overground, Trains to everywhere), and you get almost every area of London in about 30 minutes.

- 5 minutes away from big Lidl, Asda, Boots
- 5 minutes away from main street, pubs, restaurants and shops.
- Clapham is a very young and convenient area of London, where you can find anything you need: a cute nice coffe, a nice brunch or a club night to celebrate your day off!

HOUSE:
This is a 3 bedrooms house on three levels.
We have a small garden perfect for BBQs in summer✨ and a cosy living room perfect for dinners, watching movies, or playing board games.
We have all utensils for the kitchen and two fridges, so you will have your own one. 😎
The room includes 2 build in wardrobes, 1 double bed, 1 desk, 1 chest of drawers, 1 mirror and 2 bed side tables.

WHO WE ARE👭:
You will be living with two Italian girls: Ilaria (26) and Milena (27).
We are both passionate about music, arts, movies, TV series, cooking, travelling.
We are pretty chilled and we like having a cosy, relaxing and comfortable environment in the house.
We like organising things together, but we also embrace our own company. We are not party animals, but we have small gatherings, dinners with friends or we have a cooking night where we watch TV all together.

WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for someone who is chilled, clean and friendly. We want to make sure that you feel our home as a nice, safe space to relax but also to invite friends for a dinner.
We welcome singles and couples as well. Age is not particularly important.
You will need to provide us references.
