Our current housemate is sadly moving back to Wales.

The room available is on the top floor of the 3 floor mews house. The room comes with the bed, side draw, draws and rail. But there is an option to remove and bring your own furniture to make the room yours.

The house is in a super safe gated mews just 5 min walk from Clapham South tube station, or 5 mins to Balham. There is a car parking space and a cute garden to the side of the house. The house is 3 beds, two toilets, one bathroom, kitchen, dining / living and separate utility.

Myself and Lydia (27) are working professionals, we are good friends and are looking for someone preferably the same ages (27+ ), like minded who would like to be a part of a home and not just a house!

The rent is £777 + £126 bills per month. We have signed the tenancy until May 2025, with an option to further extend if you wish to stay.
