New housemates

Hi all

We have two rooms available in our house share in Clapham Junction from mid July (flexible to move in a week or two before or after mid July).

We are looking for two professionals in their late 20’s or early 30’s who are sociable, but also like a chilled night in and who would like to make the house their home. We are going to sign a new lease for two years, with a one year break clause. You will be living with me (South African) and Pauline (from the Netherlands).

🏠 The house is located between Clapham Common and Clapham Junction, on the north side of the common.

The two rooms are similar in size (see pictures for reference). The rooms are £1,125 each (excluding bills).

💷 Bills come to around £150 per person/month (slightly higher over the winter months).

🛌 The rooms are unfurnished. There could be an option to have the room furnished, but this will have to be discussed with the two housemates who are moving out.

The two available rooms will share a bathroom. There is also an additional toilet downstairs for the whole house to use.

The rest of the house is furnished, as shown in the pictures.
