Large Victorian Double with En Suite

Hi,

We’ve got an amazing double room in our loft conversion available to rent. The room itself is very large, bright and airy, with a lovely en suite. We have a large separate kitchen and a shared living and dining room. We also have a garden we spend most of our time in during the summer!

In terms of area you can see the common from our door! We’re a short walk to Clapham junction and about a 15 min walk to the northern line. We’re surrounded by great pubs and restaurants, with all of Northcote road 5 mins away.

As for housemates you’ll have myself (Ryan, British) and my partner (Jet, Aussie) who own the house. We both work from home with our dog Tendo (see obligatory dog picture). We work in Tech and HR but both enjoy socialising, trips to the pub, playing rugby, a bit of cooking and a solid movie night. We also have our housemate and friend Brandon who is about to start a new job having just finished his PHD!

Our friend Niall is leaving the room so we’re keen to find someone who’s a good fit for the house for all of us and can be flexible in terms of move in and out dates. Any questions please shout otherwise let us know if you fancy a viewing. Cheers!
