Large, bright double bedroom with private bathroom in a stunning maisonette. Located in the very sought after area of Northcote Road with an abundance of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep! Clapham junction station is a 10 minute walk and Clapham South is a 15/20 minute walk.

This really is the dream flat with dream flatmates (3 tenants in total). The room is only becoming available one of the existing tenants (me) is sadly leaving to relocate out of London - so a replacement is needed to share with two other lovely girls, a bit more about which you can read below!

The room has ample storage space with large fitted wardrobes and a TV, however the bed does not come included.

About us (existing tenants): we are friendly young professionals who work in the city / remotely and are looking for someone in a similar situation to share the flat with. We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful but equally open to having a drink and watching some reality tv together!

Not suitable for couples or males. No students unless also in full time work (but no council tax exemptions (sorry)). Full reference checks required and will be carried out by the letting agency.
