Huge Master Double In Friendly House Share ☀️

Hello! Our lovely housemate is sadly moving out and we are looking for a lovely female to move into our friendly house share.

THE HOUSE 🏠
The house is well decorated, we have a lovely living room and beautiful little patio garden which gets enough sun for tanning in the summer. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and WC and one with a bath and WC. There is also a spacious kitchen with all appliances like washing machine, tumble dryer, etc and the house has wireless broadband.

THE ROOM 🛏️
The room is the largest in the house with stunning big windows and lots of natural light, the room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside tables and two huge wardrobes so plenty of storage and room for more furniture if required.
This room is available for females only age 26-32.

YOUR FUTURE HOUSEMATES 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻
The house is made up of Sian (31, F) from Chester, works in marketing/PR for a motorsport brand, Joella (30, F) from Essex, works in retail supply chain, Isaac (28, M) from Tunbridge-Wells, works as a chartered building surveyor and Craig (31, M) from Dublin, works as a legal assistant. All super friendly, enjoy a wine or beer together from time to time and watching telly together in an evening when we’re around. All have their own friendship circles so the house isn’t full all of the time. Definitely not a party house but we had some great BBQs in the warmer months last year.

THE LOCATION 🌲
The house is non-smoking, and on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. It is also only a 2 min walk from the Common itself. There are loads of buses within 2 mins, and some handy bus routes are 87 and 137.

AOB ✍️
It's in Wandsworth so Council Tax is currently £25pcm, all other bills approx £75-80pcm.
We also have a cleaner who comes once a week.
