Double room for rent in Clapham

We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our relaxed home. We’ve only lived together for a few months here but get along well and want someone to move in who is wanting to be friends with the people they live with and socialise but also value their own time as we do. We don’t have a cleaner so appreciate someone who will contribute to house cleaning and tidy up after themselves. The room comes with a king size bed, mattress and built in wardrobe, rest is unfurnished.

Room in a house of 3 with shared open plan kitchen and lounge. Small bathroom right next to the room which will mostly only be used by you.

We are both chilled people but enjoy going out to a pub or watching movies in the lounge. This isn’t a party house. Ideally looking for someone who works during the week days (I. e not night shifts). We both work 2 days in the office and rest from home with one of us working from the lounge area.

House is in a really great area, 2 mins from Clapham Common and 12-15 min walk from both Clapham Common underground and Clapham junction station. Lots of buses nearby too.

Looking for someone to move in from 7th April subject to credit checks by the landlord. £800 a month rent (paid direct to landlord), we sort bills between us and they average around £125 each a month.
