We’re looking for a friendly, clean & social couple to join our lovely flat in Clapham. Available from 11th April 2026.

About the flat:
* Bright & well-kept 3 bedroom flat
* Spacious, fully equipped kitchen
* Large living room with desk for WFH.
* Located in a safe area surrounded by great cafes & pubs

About the room:
* £1500 per month
* Master bedroom with private ensuite
* Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers
* Bills approx. £50 per person/month

Location:
* 1 min walk to Clapham Common
* 5 mins to Lidl, Asda & Tesco Express
* 10 mins walk to Clapham Junction (Overground)
* 15–20 mins walk to Clapham Common & Clapham South tube stations
* Bus stop at the end of the street

Flatmates:
Two Aussie girls (29), both work at the hospital Mon-Fri. We enjoy a social night in/out together, but also appreciate our downtime. We’re both keen travellers and love a long weekend away. We’re looking for a couple we can become friends with and who’ll treat the flat like home ☺️

Taleah – Occupational therapist, loves a games night, salsa dancing & a cheeky wine.

Karlie – Cardiac physiologist, enjoys the gym, exploring new areas in London & a good music festival.

New tenants will be required to sign onto the lease.
