👩 About Me (Your Future Flatmate)
I’m a working professional and tend to work long hours and travel frequently for work, so the flat is generally calm and quiet. It’s definitely not a party or highly social flat, but rather a peaceful sanctuary to relax and recharge after work.
I’m open, respectful of others, and clean. It’s important to me that whoever moves in also enjoys living in a tidy space and cleans up after themselves.
That said, it would be lovely to live with someone friendly – someone who might enjoy the occasional glass of wine, cup of tea, sharing a meal, or watching something together when schedules allow.

💰 Key Details
Rent: £1,200 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: approximately £200–£250 per person per month depending on usage (including council tax and utilities)
Deposit: approximately one month’s rent
📅 Move-In & Tenancy
Flexible move-in between late March and 9 April
Rent payments will begin from 9 April
The new tenant will need to sign the tenancy agreement and pass reference checks by the beginning of April
