The room features beautiful bay windows that bring in loads of natural light, plus a full 4‑door built‑in wardrobe with double hanging space and integrated drawers — ideal if you want plenty of storage without cluttering the room.

About the House

The house is spacious and well‑kept, with a relaxed, social vibe. There’s a large basement (shown in the photos) that provides excellent extra storage and keeps the rest of the house tidy. Shared spaces include a comfortable living area and a well‑equipped kitchen.

Current Housemates

You’ll be living with three young professionals working in finance; the 2 boys within the sports industry and the girl at a major healthcare company. Everyone’s friendly, respectful, and easy‑going. The house is a great balance of chilled evenings, playing sport, and the occasional night out, while still giving each other space.

Location

The location is a major highlight - Clapham Common is literally at the end of the road, perfect for runs, walks, picnics, or just relaxing in the summer. You’re also ideally positioned between Northcote Road and Clapham Common High Street, giving you quick access to cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, and transport links.

Bills come to roughly 90-120 per month
Deposit is 1575 but it wouldnt let me put it on the add - we can sort this via TDS if that is your preference too :)
