I’m sadly moving back to NZ and leaving a place that has felt like home with the Eccles Road girlies 💛

I’ve lived here for around two years post break up and the girls have become like sisters to me. It’s a real girls’ girl house everyone is friendly and sociable, while still respecting each other’s space.

You’ll be living with Rebecca (30), Sinead (30) and Jem (30), who are looking for a female housemate (28+) to take my spot. Ideally someone like minded, social and tidy. This isn’t a dusty flat, it’s a cosy well looked after home.

Room available:
- Double room £1,295 pcm
- Available from 1st June (flexible either side if needed)
- Unfurnished (with furniture available to purchase as per pic)

The house is a spacious 4 bedroom property with a garden, located in Clapham Junction just a 5 min walk to the station, 2 mins to the Common or Northcote Road and right next to August Bakery which is a win!
