Amazing room in Clapham House

Hey everyone😊
We are a group of 5 friends (currently living together) who have just signed for a massive 6-bed house in Clapham South, and we’re looking for one more person to join the house.
🏡Location:
It’s a 5 min walk from Clapham Common (perfect for summer) and a short walk to Clapham South tube (8 min walk). Also, since it’s Wandsworth, the council tax is famously cheap, which is a huge win.
Room:
You’d be taking the biggest bedroom situated on the top floor (as shown on the floorplan). It is honestly huge and the biggest in the house with plenty of space if you need a proper WFH setup or just like having a massive room to yourself.
👫Housemates:
We’re a group of young professionals: Amy (26)(Fashion Designer), Adem(25) (Business Dev), Thomas (24) (Software Engineer), Izzy (23) (Data), and Olivia (25)(Music Industry). We’re all aged 23–26.
We definitely aren't a "strangers passing in the hallway" type of house. We all have our own lives, jobs, and social circles, but we genuinely enjoy hanging out. We’re looking for someone who wants to be a friend, not just a tenant, we enjoy a movie night in the living room, a pub trip or a chat over dinner.
Details:
• Move-in: June 6th.
• Rent: £1250 pcm + bills.
• Viewings: Since we’re already living together elsewhere, we want to host people at our current place first to meet as there are still tenants in the new house . We we will arrange a viewing with those who we think would be the best fit.
