- Huge kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine & separate dryer
- Large living room with separate utility room
- Top floor flat with the most incredible views all the way across Battersea Park to the City and Canary Wharf
- 10 min walk to Clapham Junction, 15 min walk to Clapham Common Tube, 2 min walk to Clapham Common
5 min walk to Asda, Waitrose, M&S and 20 min walk to big Sainsburys

About the flatmates:
- We’re a sociable flat who enjoy going for a vino, a run or a walk together, and generally just love hanging out together
- You’d be sharing with 3 others:
- Ryan (31) - works in Marketing, mainly WFH
- Nina (25) - Nurse, full time in the office
- Elis (27) - Civil Servant, mainly in the office, occasionally WFH

About you:
- Must be in permanent full-time work
- Able to pass reference checks
- Girls only, ideally aged between 26-32
- Clean, tidy, respectful
- No couples & no pets
- Able to move in ASAP

This flat has been a wonderful home to me for the last 2.5 years and my flatmates have become like family - they’re really looking for someone sociable, who can slot straight in!
