This is a charming 1st floor flat in a Victorian house with modern interior designed by an architect. The house is 2mins walk from Clapham South Station which takes you to Bank or Central London in 20mins. Clapham Common is right around the corner which is great for a stroll or exercises. Sainsbury, M&S and Tesco are within a couple mins walk. Lots of bars and restaurants on the common, Abbeville Road and in Balham. The room available for rent is the big bedroom with bay windows. The bathroom is shared with a flatmate. The shared space include an open kitchen lounge and a massive loft storage. We also have a small outdoor space.

We are two female professionals looking for a same gender flatmate who is tidy and likes to come home to relax. We are friendly, chill and independent. This is not a party house but we do have friends over for dinner occasionally.

Bills are not included and cost around GBP110 per person per month. This includes council tax, wifi, water, gas and electricity.
