Double Room in Clapham South

Hi there!

We have a beautiful spacious double room available in a 3 bed ground floor flat just behind Abbeyville Road in Clapham South! You will be sharing with two females in their mid-late twenties, Alex and Leah.

The current tenant is unfortunately having to go back home as her visa is up!

The house is located in Clapham South, just a ten minute walk from the Common and Clapham South tube station.

For those of you who don't know the area, Clapham is one of the most trendy places to live in London. You will be within few minutes walking distance away from the most popular supermarkets, the best restaurants, pubs, clubs and parks in South London. There are also plenty of 24hrs bus routes, plus the underground station and train station that will take you pretty much every where in London.

The room is in excellent condition and can come unfurnished, but the current tenant is happy to leave the furniture behind and factor this into the move-in costs. Furniture includes a divan bed base and mattress, wardrobe and desk at a really great cost.

Another great perk is that there are no tenancy fees as we deal with our landlord directly.

Regarding living atmosphere, it's simply like being at home! We are both super friendly young professionals, very respectful, clean and always willing to share good times together whilst being respectful of one another's space. We enjoy binging a tv series on Netflix or enjoying a glass of wine in our spacious garden during the warmer days.(which is very beneficial if lock down continues) :)
