The flat comes with off road parking, two bathrooms, large kitchen with balcony, large living room area and plenty of storage. The flat has three large bedrooms and the room available is the front bedroom which is installed with a Sky TV box and large four post bed plus a balcony looking out to the trees at the front of the property.
The flat is decorated to a high spec and maintained really well by the current tenants with a cleaner attending on a weekly basis. The flat is managed by Jacksons property management so things get fixed quick whenever required.
The two current flat mates are male professionals in their 20s who are very social, outgoing, friendly and love sports including football.
We are looking for someone who is a current working professional ideally a male who is tidy, friendly, out and willing keep the flat in good condition. Current flat mates love a beer!
