We have a room opening in a spacious flat near Clapham Common, around the corner from Abbeville road (7 min to Clapham Common tube, 1 min to Park Hill bus stop). Therefore you have all the amenities close by and still enjoy the peace and quiet of our street :). The flat is on the first/top floor, therefore no noisy neighbours above. One of the 3 bedrooms has en suite, so you would be sharing the bathroom with only 1 person. Open plan living room/kitchen has high exposed brick wall/ kitchen includes all your everyday equipment/ there is an extra room we use for drying/storage.
Your potential flatmates would be 2 professionals (male 28 & female 29). James travels a lot for his work (camera/photography) and Zuz has a flexible working schedule (software/construction). We have a chilled approach to both keeping to ourselves as well as hanging around the living room in the evenings :).
Bills (app. 130/month) include all utilities/wifi/weekly cleaner - she cleans the bedrooms as well. Landlord has the habit of paying the fees connected to lease and adding your name to it as well! She also responds well to any repair requests etc. - she used to live in the flat herself and wants to make sure everything "keeps working" well.
We are looking for somebody from the beginning of November, though we are a little bit flexible on the exact date.
