Hi,

This room is available ASAP for an initial short term let up until the 17th of July 2020, withthe opportunity to extend the rent thereafter.

It is a great large room with a double bed, chest of draws, built in waredrobe and an authentic wooden floor.
The room is located at the front of the house with high cielings and a large window.
There is a shared kitchen and living room space with couches and a large TV. Bills are included in the rent (water, gas, electric, council tax, broadband and odd bits for the flat).
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate, it has a power shower and bath.

We are two young professional women in the flat currently Camille and Holly, who work in marketing and PR respectively. We are easy going whilst being respectful of eachothers space and belongings. We're looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy and up for contributing to the homely atmosphere we currently have at the flat.
