Hello Potential Housemates!!

I’m looking for a fabulous person to live with in this very spacious and light two bed flat (across three storeys!) in Clapham Common. I’ve been here a while now and as well as the flat being beautiful, the location is amazing!

Ideally you’ll be a professional female, clean and tidy (although everyone says they are!). You’ll treat the flat like a home rather than a pit stop between work and nights out. Whilst it’s a sociable house, it’s not a party house so late night parties and music on weeknights are not what I’m looking for. That being said if you’re the kind of girl who wants to help me polish off a bottle of wine with a take out in front of a box set then you’ll likely be a good fit!

(I also cannot bake to save my life, so if you can then you’re in with a shot of being someone I might not mind being locked up with for the next month!!!)

About the area:

We’re on the high street, less than a 10 second walk from Clapham Common tube station which is on the Northern Line, and also have great bus links in all directions in and out of London. Brixton and Clapham Junction are short walks away and great for cheeky nights out. The high street itself has lots to offer, with restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars, supermarkets, gyms etc and we’re less than a minutes walk from the cinema and market (obviously these things are way more appealing when not in lockdown!)

The room:

It’s a large double bedroom and like the rest of the flat has large windows and tall ceilings so it’s full of light and overlooks the Common. There’s lots of room for additional furniture too and the landlord is ok with hanging pictures and decor!

The rent is £750 per month with bills on top. You’ll also need to pay a deposit which is £800.
