We’re seeking a friendly, social and professional person to join our flat!
Located only a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station, this is the ideal location. Access to everything you need on the Clapham High Street: bus stops, large Sainsbury’s, bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes and retail shops. Clapham North Overground is only a 10-15min walk away and Clapham Junction is also only a short 15min bus away. Clapham has a lovely community feel, with the Common only 1 minute walk away, it is a hub for relaxing activities in the sunshine during the summer months.
Our flat is social while also respecting each others’ space and privacy. We like to have game nights in with a drink, watch Netflix and chill, or get into some friendly competition with the xbox! There is a separate living and dining area as well as a spacious kitchen with everything you need, including a washer/dryer.
The room comes with a queen double bed, desk (perfect for those WFH), two wardrobes, drawers, bedside table, and lamp.
Given the isolation situation in London, we’re more than happy to do FaceTime viewings 😊
