House comes with decent size bedroom, living room, kitchen (with all cooking utilities), sunny backyard (+BBQ ☀️), 2 toilets & 1 shower (sharing with 2 girls), washing utilities (dryer and washing machine) and lovely sociable girls!

House is located 5 mins walk from Clapham Common tube station, 6 mins walk from Clapham high street and Wandsworth Road station. There is also Sainsburys superstore 5 mins away which is incredibly handy!
The high street and Old town where there are numerous bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes are all super nearby (less than 5 mins walk!). If they remain close...not to worry, the Common is also 5 mins away providing a beautiful outdoor space to have a picnic, hang out with friends or exercise 🌱🌳🌷For sure you will not run out of things to do in this extremely vibrant part of London ✨
