Lovely bedroom in the heart of Clapham Common

Amazing location at the heart of Clapham Common. 8 minutes from Clapham Common tube station and 15 minutes from Clapham Junction Station. The common is just across the street. Room available from the 04th August.

We have one Double room available in Clapham Common, situated on the upper floor, sharing a shower/bathroom (4 people living upstairs sharing; bathroom downstairs only used by the flatmate living downstairs).

We are 4 females looking for 1 flatmate- preferably female (5 people in total in the house). We are all easygoing professionals and love to enjoy a meal and drink together, but also to have our own time and we are looking for the same.

The house is a ground floor, 2-storey property features a large shared kitchen with a dining table, 2 bathrooms and a garden. No living room.

BILLS are INCLUDED

Clapham Common is the nearest tube station (8 mins walk). There's a bus stop right outside the flat with services towards Sloane Gardens. You can also catch a proper train from Clapham Junction, which is 20 mins walk (direct link to the Gatwick Airport).
