The house is huge with a great garden and good entertaining space. Housemates are friendly and fun professionals all aged ~30 looking for someone clean, tidy, easy going and friendly.

The room is available from 26th October with some room for flexibility depending on the sitch. It comes with the wooden wardrobe, super king sized bed and mattress and a very large black ikea malm chest of drawers (not pictured).

Its an absolute steal at £850 per month all bills included.

Clapham High Street overground station - 5 min walk
Clapham North station (northern line) - 10 min walk
Clapham Common station (northern line) - 10 min walk
Wandsworth Town overground station - 5 min walk

There are all the pubs and restaurants of Clapham Old Town 5 min walk away and the common as well!
