Dble room in great house, great location

I am very sad to be leaving my lovely room after 3 years! It’s a great size double on the ground floor of a well looked after, large 3.5-storey Victorian terrace house in a great location.

It’s furnished with bed, drawers, and wardrobe plus plenty of shelves for storage. Fits a desk as per the pics - which I may sell. High ceilings and double doors that open on to a quiet path to the back garden. Rent is £685 a month, which is a steal. Looking for someone to move in on Sun 6 Dec.

The house is located in a quiet street less than 5 mins walk to Clapham Common station, the Common itself and lovely Abbeville Rd. With 3.5 levels it’s a very big, spacious house (photos don’t do justice) with lounge, combined dining / fully equipped kitchen plus 2 refurbished bathrooms and one extra toilet on the ground floor (so never any queues). Also has a lovely little garden great in summer.

You’ll be sharing with 5 others aged mid 20s to early 30s, Brits, Kiwi & Aussies (3 guys, 2 girls). We want to keep the balance of 3 guys 3 girls so looking for another girl. Sorry no couples. We are all tidy, laidback and sociable and get along well. All work Mon-Fri in professional 9-5ish jobs, but we do enjoy a drink, dinner/ BBQ, night out / in together, however also respect each other’s individual spaces.

Bills: approx £120 extra a mth (includes Sky, BT broadband (most of us are sports fans) WiFi, weekly cleaner, council tax, TV license and household cleaning stuff.)

The landlord is great and really looks after the place, fixing anything we need when we need. We’re looking for people who are clean and tidy and treat it like a home like us.
