My current flatmate is moving out and so the double bedroom in my flat is coming available! It's really bright, lots of storage, and is furnished with the double bed.
The flat is 2 mins walk from the common, it has parking (usually with a permit, though this is suspended at the moment with COVID), and a garden and a lockable shed. There's the 137 and 345 bus routes right outside the front door, so it's super easy to get into central.
We've got a really nice living room and big separate kitchen so lots of space to live and work in this new normal! Bills are £70 a month, and I'm looking for someone to move in on the 1st of November, though this can be slightly earlier if needed.
A bit about me: I'm 26, work in publishing and I'm looking for someone friendly, clean & tidy and who is up for an occasional glass of wine together. Any questions about the room, drop me a message!
